It’s such a refreshing change to deal with a dealer that does exactly what they say when they say it. We have bought a couple of cars from Sam and his team and got first class service. Today my vehicle has gone in for its first service and a recall and the work was done quickly and car came back gleaming. So pleased that the after sales was as first class as the point of sale experience.

Pleasant surprise, I attended Rates Galleywood today expecting the same attitude I've come to loath at other dealerships and was happy to find a different approach altogether. I was greeted by Alex who took the time to walk me round their new site and some of their vehicles before explaining some of the options available to me and offered some suggestions around the different types of finance that may suit my new lifestyle (new dad). Overall I'm very happy with my experience at Rate's and would recommend them as a dealership.
